Server status page?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Just wondering if there is a Server status page? I've tried looking and haven't found 1... The servers seem to be going down frequently, is this typical?

    Servers have been up.  I think they did a restart Friday AM and a patch earlier in the week.  They are very rarely down though.

    The server page should state that they are up.

    What is typical is that the announcements is abit off. But the servers going down is not typical. During the 2 years I played I can not recollect an memories off such problems.

    They  have done 2 restarts this week though, thursday and friday.

    I'm so broke. I can't even pay attention.
