Don't forget Superfetch. That sucker will churn your hard drive. You have Vista I highly recommend getting a 1gb cheap flash drive and sticking it in the rear USB of your PC (that sounded so bad), and use the USB key for Readyboost. It won't help in AoC probably but it will take up some slack from turning off Superfetch.
