Skillcapes
Definitely one of the biggest jokes in the game right now. You should be able to power up fire spells with the firemaking cape, hit higher with the strength cape, and get a woodcutting speed bonus with the woodcutting cape.
Who else has some creative ideas? This is just a "toss out your idea" thread, for anyone who wants to play along.

How about actually putting in decent content instead of capes that serve no purpose other then to make noobs harass/stalk you.
An honor system, a reputation system, a system which enables rank automatically to promote the player. A reward of player mod status..etc.
I already ask Mod King in the runescape official forums to add a skillcape skill bonus but still they don't reply... i wonder why???maybe too lazy?

because having 99 in a skill isn't high enough apparently?
yeah they needed to add more rewards for having a max skill. but why did they choose a cape in the 1st place? why did they not make like a custome armor for 99 skill?

honestly I think having level 99 in a skill, and being able to do ANYTHING related to that skill, is its own reward. the cape is more of a badge to show other players how awesome you are, since you can't easily access another players skill levels or some sort of profile showing achievements. custom armour would mean more crying about not being able to use it with leet end-game armours.
nooooo...you can see the people's achievement at the highscores...still..what can cape do??? why they didn't add more item..
