Letterbox Question

in Everquest II
When I use the Letterbox option in EQ2 it will make two bars of equal size on top and on bottom. What I would like to do is have the bottom one be larger than the top one.
Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing it?

I 90% sure you can't have seperate sizes for the letter box, but I may be wrong (don't think I am).
