Hi there... I bought WOTLK yesterday and I got these problems:

I have tried everything that Blizz said, like: installing in safe mode as Administrator, copying the DVD into a Folder, Downloading their installer, etc... And I still have the same problems..
The question is, If I get all the patches to the last one: 3.0.9, will I be able to play WOTLK without installing the stuff in the DVD? I already upgraded my account; however, my account is innactive, I need to purchase another Prepaid Card.

no you wont be able.. did you try reinstalling wow ..
Yes I did it.... but still have the same problem
What operating system do you use on this computer? If its Vista there is always problems. I have never seen this error before nor hade I had it on any of my installs. If you tried everything this error might aswell be the HDD or broken clusters on the HDD. Let me us know more info about your system so we can help you.

Have you tried using another DVD disc? And if that dont work download the full game to the harddrive and start it from there. Or try and install it on other drive , like if you have it on C: try installing it on d: or e: .
Not a big problem per se. Start out with restarting your pc. Shut down all non essential processes and rerun the WotLK installer. That normally solves these kind of issues. You can try starting winblows in safe mode as well and try to install from there though that realy should not be nessesary.
Also check your pc for malware and virusus. Strange reoccuring crashes are usually a symptom your pc is not healthy. This can also be tried.
I will copy the entire disc again and log in as administrator in safe mode, and run the installer from a folder.... will take to much time... xD

Try the download from teh WoW Account Managemtn site... I had a few issues when I tried to reinstall WoW via DVD but not with the download and install... just rember to upgrade your version in acc/man to Wrath first.
Copying the disk will not help if the cd / dvd disc is broken or if your cd/dvd drive is broken. that Is why I want you to Download the whole thing or get another Disc.
