Avatar less than 10 KB?

 Is this possible without owning an image program for optimizing? I can't find any image that is less than 20 KB anywhere.

 

Any tips would be great.

    IRfanview and some experimentation will reduce the size of any picture.

     Thanks, I'll try it out.

     

    Edit: What I originally meant in my OP though was to find some way without using an third-party program to optimize the picture to 9 KB. (I'm using Vista btw). Sadly, I don't think it is which is why I'm going to give up and use the program you linked.

     There are websites that can resize images for you  without the need to download any software, such as this one.

    I use Photoscape.  It's a pretty straight forward program for all of your editing needs.
