Excited to play!! Lineage II inquiry

Hello everyone, I just need some help Lineage 2 as I just bought retail and am wholly sick of wow for the past 3 years.

 

Was wondering if anyone could help me out with a few really nooby questions.

 

1. Will I have gracia part 2 updated (fell asleep doing the updates) once the updater has completed? I noticed also that there is a gracia part 2 in the top corner when I load it up but I wasn't sure if this would mean I have it.

 

2. At the same time, the retail version states that it includes all content except gracia part 2, if I ran my updater/installed via cd will I have these implemented into my system as well??

 

If anyone could fill me in it would be much appreciated! I tried searching the forums but I coudln't find anything..

    First of all, welcome to L2!

    The answers you seek(short way):

    1) YES.

    2) YES.

    Other way to answer your questions:

    Lineage 2 doesn't have the common called "Expansion Packs", that in others games are always paid.  Actually, they do "expansions" in major updates, like Hellbound, Gracia... And those updates don't have extra cost.
