Mid last week (am. GMT) I was in the middle of Factions and I was bored with heroes. While Europe English was pretty empty and the US was asleep, Europe German had 3 instances. It was easy to get into a PUG and the players where good, no quitters and no one going AFK for 20 minutes. 3 Masters without any real difficulty even though some players were new.

I find that no matter what time I'm playing, the American districts are usually teeming with people. It seems as if the majority of European English players have moved on over to the US side.
