Everyone is pretty bored with WoW atm, the expansion ends too quickly and everyone's started to realise how bad the graphics are and how old the game is.

11 million bored people playing a game and they all just started to realize how bad the graphics are. Okie Dokey.

Wow, you fanbois must troll the forums 24/7 looking for anyone who posts anything derogatory about wow so you can rail on about subscription numbers.

Your post made no sense. If "everyone" was bored with Wow, the game wouldn't be running and still selling tons more boxes than games like Warhammer as it is. And if Warhammer was soooo fun, there would be more than the -200k playing it at the moment, they wouldn't have had horrible box sales the last two months.
How can someone like you, who just claimed you have a 60 person guild in Wow that is leaving because it's boring, couldn't figure out the graphics were bad earlier? How were you looking at the game? With gamma way up/down or something? If you were playing as long as you are trying to make people believe, and you are just now realizing that you think the graphics are bad as you admitted, why are you so slow on the uptake?
This is what you just said on the War boards, genius:
Originally posted by Hatsoff2u: Well WoW is pretty much dead, my raiding guild sees no point in continuing to play it as the raids are stale and the content is too easy / too boring and the PVP is totally unbalanced garbage now (most of us did a lot of arena in tbc)
My guild of ~ 60 people and another large raiding guild from our server in the EU are moving to WAR as the PVP from what little I've done with mates is awesome and we want to raid a capital city and get phat legendary lootz
Problem is we're having real trouble deciding between Order and Destruction, mainly because some $£*%s want to roll chaos tanks but most people want to go Order because overall people want to play dwarves and humans (we were alliance in WoW, cleared Sartharion 3 drakes over a month ago)
I need compelling arguments that show that Destruction is the wrong choice and Order is the way to go. Help!
I don't think it takes the average person months to realize "Gee, I don't like these graphics." So what's your excuse?
I played WoW a bit then stopped when BC came out...BC was ridiculous, you would get 1handed weapons with 120dps but before you would struggle to get 2handed weaps with 60dps. In fact, BC rendered the original game and istances completely obsolete!
I blew through most of WOTLK in 4-5 weeks. After that there was not much left but dailies or grind the same old dungeons. The XP was too easy, no challenge.
I personally think that WoW is pushing off the title of "Dead Game" by a slim fraction everytime I hear about it. Beacause everytime I actually do hear about it, its " OH WOW SUCKS BLA BLA BLA " and then someone sends a comment straight after saying about how great it is and how great of an MMORPG its become. Truth is people, ya gotta make way for newer games, future games... better games. Ok WoW is a classic but its a rusty sword now... or rusting, either way its still got rust in the title. And I only say that because of the amount of people I hear that leave it and complain.
The content is indeed very easy, but then again I have to cope with guild members who struggles at some of it.. and that makes it more challenging for me actually. I have to use quick reflexes and all of my abilities, and still sometimes it can be too hard. The OP is probably in a guild with more than 30% decent skilled players. Then of course it will be too easy. Just join a casual "trip trap toe" guild that has little to none MMO experience previously, then you will see things getting more of a burden. You create the level of difficulty by yourself. Why does the good players want to join the best guilds, when they always whine about things being to easy. Go try another guild, you would be suprised! Another level of skill is required to save wimps.
Let me see if I got you right, it is not easy if your guildies suck?
That is not really a good answer to people who think the game is too easy now and liked Vanilla Wow.
Yeah, it is good that there are some easy dungeons in the games for less great players but Blizz really needs to add some really hard stuff again or they will lose a lot of the hardcore gamers.
Wow is supposed to be a game for everyone but by just having easier stuff they will lose players, not to WAR for one game but for games that still have hard raiding and dungeons.
I want to be challenged, Guildwars in hard mode is perfect for me. Otherpeople want it easy and that is fine but Wow have tried to cateer for at least most players before, and to do that they will really need to add hard stuff fast. Of course can they still do fine with casual players but I think the game will be poorer if all the HC players quit.
That some are just tired of a game they played for almost 5 years however is just natural and will happen in any game, everything will get boring if you do it too much so that is not really a problem but I still think Blizz made a poor judgement when they decided to not add some really hard stuff for the HC players to really bite into.
I to after several years of playing find wow becoming terribly boring. I have always been a person who prefers to play the game not pvp for the stuff, but to into the good dungeons without getting moshed you need really good gear. Don't get me wrong, I like to pvp occasionally, but to get you have to pvp for several items to build your suit up to be of any use in a heroic dungeon. I
I would have left already and did briefly for warhammer, but my best friend, that got me playing wow, is still in love with the game, so I stick with it. I will return to warhammer eventually, but the days of playing wow daily for hours and hours are gone.
The biggest problem I have though is I feel like I am missing out on so many good games. Right now I am dying to play Dungeons and Dragons online and have few more I want to play to till Stargate Worlds comes out or some of the other new games ( Diablo 3). I have tried to explain it to him, but I just can't get him to commit to anything else.
Soon it won't matter though. In two weeks I will swap to D&D online and then I will try some more. I just can't take it anymore!!

huh, whats that? Or just piecing together words that sound good in your head at the time!
