I remember playing my little tauren and finding this quest to find this guy's missing dog, what struck me was how odd the NPC's voice was. At the time I didn't know it was voiced by a child (played slower to sound deeper), I just knew he sounded genuinely sad and it struck me as being something special without knowing what it was all about and I was compelled to find his dog.
Loved the doggy dance at the end too
