A passenger of Virgin Atlantic filed a complaint directly to the boss of the company Sir Richard Branson, complaining about the low standard of onboard meals.
The complaint was extremely long, colorful, and with pictures included.
It has been broadcasted by every major bradcaster in UK, embarrassing the Airline company which is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
