Fried Bologna (Baloney) sandwich!

I got kind of hungry and the memory popped into my head about when I was a kid I'd eat this stuff so I decided to run down to the store and pick up a few thick slices of Bologna and fry it up. I don't know about anybody else but for something so simple and plain it tastes damn good.
Anybody else?

Cheese on toast is a godsend, although next time i'm out i'l pick up some Bologna.. you best be right about it

I'd say keep it simple. Pick whatever sauce you like and throw it on there. The more stuff you throw in there the more jumbled the flavors will get.
