EVE and WoW's mail systems

It has been a while since I played EVE and WoW, can someone tell me if the mail systems in those games allow you to send mail to multiple recipients at one time?

    I don't know about EVE, but i know that in WoW you can send mail to anyone in your faction, for a small fee, 20 copper i think.

    Playing: WoW and Guild wars faction.
    waiting on: GW2 and next WoW expansion =)
    played: flyff, diablo2, maplestory, dungeon runners, eudemons online, conquer online, runescape, decide online, perfect world, and atlantica.

    In WoW you have to mail it out one at a time.
