Apparently Blizzard/Activision is announcing their next MMO Tomorrow.

It's an eternal "Tomorrow."
Tomorrow, "Blizzard/Activision is announcing their next MMO Tomorrow."
Three weeks from now, "Blizzard/Activision is announcing their next MMO Tomorrow."
In 2069, when the flying saucers are rounding up the last of the free humans to be taken to the Elerium mines on Saturn, "Blizzard/Activision is announcing their next MMO Tomorrow."

If you ever want to find out if information like this is true just go here finance.yahoo.com/ . I looked around and so many sites wrote articles based on what the OP said lol, its amazing. As far as blizzards unannouced game being a mmo, this is true http://blog.wired.com/games/2008/10/qa-blizzard-ceo.html
So basically, they didn't mention anything today? It's almost 6 pm EST, and I know Blizzard is a west coast company, so assuming a work day ends at 5pm PST, if nothing is announced by 8pm EST, this was one big hoax?

Dude, the announcement is going to be made 'tommorrow'.

Apparently it's comfirmed that yes, it will be made tomorrow.
Morhaime have said that it isn't a Wow sequel but refuse to say if it is something similar to Wow. To me it seems like it will be "World of Diablo" then.
A few freiends that went to Blizzcon told me that at a pannel they addressed the question with its not starcraft its not diablo its something completly new to them. i have no way of proving that just down the grapevine

Ok tommorow was yesterday, so did they release it yet and what is it called?
No, tomorrow is tomorrow. Today was supposed to be tomorrow but when it got here it was already today and they aren't going to tell us anything until tomorrow because yesterday was a day early so tomorrow is still a day away.
i dont know if anyone else noticed this or cares but when i read the part about ea's new Digital Rights Management where you can install the game on only three comp's and i saw blizzard's reaction i was kinda nervous. all he said is ok and that is makin me think they might start going this way. i hope not but who knows

Blizzard musn't (musn't) go by way of the dark side.

lol lets hope but since the merger i've lost hope with blizzard
What would make you think that Blizzard would release another WoW-clone? Have they not proven that they know how to absolutely DOMINATE every aspec of the PC market? Their track record is near FLAWLESS, and every title they make revolutionizes whichver genre it comes out for. Care to dispute? Let's start with the top dog, out of ANY game right now: World of Warcraft. This game is an MMO slayer. No one can top it, because everyone keeps trying to copy it. WoW KILLED SWG. Yes, actually caused the SOE devs to change their entire game to 'mimic' WoW's playstyle, and look what happened. You have to be a masochist to go and listen to the old SWG 'vets' complain about how they lost their baby. Yes, I played SWG before it was destroyed, yes it was awesome.
Warcraft III. Read below.
Starcraft? Um, do I even need a paragraph here? Has anyone not AT LEAST heard of Starcraft, let alone played it? ITS S-KOREA'S NEXT-TO-NATIONAL SPORT. Enough said.
Diablo II. Again, who hasn't spent HUNDREDS out hours doing Baal-runs, grinding and MF'ing with your friends? If you haven't played Diablo II, you have lived in a freaking cave, or you are a generation too young. This means you, 13yo Halo player.
Seriously people. What would make you think that Blizzard would not devote ALL of their resources towards making the game the "next big thing". How can you even assume that you're not going to play it, let alone love it?
BTW, yes, I do realize that all these games have their flaws, and they are not even close to perfect. But you cannot question their track record of AAA titles.

Blizzards Announcement regarding there new MMORPG but not the title of the game"
Whatever MMORPG we decide too make... we will put a release date of December 2009 (which means in Real Time April 2021)
So WHO CARES what they announced... EVERY GAME THEY HAVE EVER MADE... takes 5-10 years before the game acutally comes out.
Ok tommorow was yesterday, so did they release it yet and what is it called?

I can't find any new info on this when searching with Google.
I think that the OP is just pulling a prank on us.
And no more silly attention prostitutes in the thread please.
KEEP THIS THREAD CLEAN
Everyone should have known the OP pulled a prank on everyone.
Do you really think that such an announcement would have gone unnoticed?
The coming of such an announcement alone would have been headline news all over the internet!
Cheers
Yay prank. While we are on the subject:
