in Lord of the Rings Online

Ok so i just went and bought the mines of moria expansion(its the box with both games in one) but when i try and upgrade my current account to moria it ask me to select a payment and all that when i've already got a payment plan going, what gives?

    Upgrading your current account, or creating a new one? I just did a digital upgrade so didnt have to worry about that so I cant answer your questions but just contact their account management and they will answer your question  :)
