I can't say 100% for sure on the memory (make sure the mobo will accept the speed), but everything else is compatible.
Alternatively, you might be able to get a better deal elsewhere.
I am actually selling a gaming PC right now that will run circles around the one listed above for 450.00.
I will list specifications here (to ensure others can give you an opinion of fairness on it), but message me if you are interested.

Comes with a standard mouse and keyboard and speakers.
The entire system is about 3 months old (built brand new) and comes with Windows XP.
Either way, the system you listed above should all work together, but going with a *600 series on the Video Card is going to hurt gaming.
