All free mmo's are really bad. But If u had to say which u think is the best what would it be.

So we are picking the top of the garbage can... jeez man thats a really good question..I guess if they payed me to play one of those F2P games I wouldn't be totally against playing Atlantica, or maybe even Requiem.

Go with Requiem.
Dungeon Runners is a rather enjoyable free MMO.
Though I'm good until Feb 2009 because of the retail box and it's really cheap as MMO games go.
I have some issues with DR but they are mostly minor gripes.
One is "why would a fantasy game have laser wielding skellies?".
The game runs well and the tounge in cheek humor makes for fun times.

its really a shame that so many crap companies have put out so many crap free MMOs... theres really nothing about the format that naturally makes them any worse than the pay2play games, and quite a few upsides imho. We just need more companies to actually put effort into their games, and soon enough we all could be playing for free, and having a great time doing it.

I'd have to give Ryzom my vote. It's F2P now, but who knows for how long...
Requiem and Ryzom are my picks to be honest while Atlantica Online did consume some time but not good quality time.

Excuse me, Requiem is NOT free to play. There are so many restrictions on the free to play accounts they are really just unending trial accounts.
I would go with Runes of Magic, seems to be one of the better ones upcoming.

Atlantica Online exceeded my expectations. Plus there's nothing in the cash shop you really NEED.
Requim has no content past lvl 30 its bullshit. They treat there customer service is also terrible. They ban accounts for no reason. Delete and mod all forum post with there game name in it with a negative word. its also a very buggy. The game had potential becuase of beastmode I liked but thats it.
Atlantica I would say is the best atm seeing as it requires some skill with a chess type feel.
i vote RoM its really a top notch game for a f2p. Hopefully they dont add restrictions to your account like most f2p games or make the CS mandatory in order to advance. Other than that it should be pretty solid
