Voice over quests

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if there's any current MMO with full voice over quests. I know AoC has it till level 20, but are there any other games or upcoming games that are looking to implement this? Does LOTR have such a system? I just think it's a really cool thing to have, especially in an MMO, but I can understand how hard it would be to implement such a system for every single quest ...

Everquest 2 has a lot of full voice overs...but the quality.....good lord it sounds like people talking in funny voices half the time and well...the quest are same old, same old. (kill 10 rats, collect 10 flowers...)
