free month ended after 8 days?

So I registered my key on launch day 18. sept.
Today I get the email "your subscription have ended" from GOA. Am I missing anyting.
Also not able to enter credit card information so no renewal. Does warhammer not want any eu players?

You probably registered your early access key, NOT your full game key. Should start with WARSEA or something.
Don't take this the wrong way if I'm wrong, but did you do anything that might warrant a ban? It seems like your account was cancelled. I could be wrong, but if you cant renew your subscription that's what it would seem like to me.

I got a message from GOA aswell ,that my Subscription has Ended ... what is soo funny/weird about it ?

did not preorder so no head start. Have not done anything to get a ban

Nope no credit card information entered. Was not up at the goa site and still are able to set up subscription on the site.
Still waiting for reply from goa.
Anyone else gotten this and got a reply from official reps?
i think it beta keys ive not even bought the game yet i still got the same email
Reenter your key from the cd box, same thin happened to me. Wierd tbh but it worked.

This worked. Seems my cd key just have fallen out of the system:)
Got a confirm mail from them that I now have 1 month free... Maybe the count starts now so I actully get 8 days more fro free:)
think the euro whamer OB (Open Beta) people got an extra week of free play since the starting of OB was sooo messed up.
