    Yeah the UK has the EA store as the only listed retailer yet direct to drive (UK)  has been advertising open beta access as well and play.com has been advertising ingame items as well.

    Looks like GOA haven't got a clue as either the list is incomplete or some retailers have been told wrong information.

    Right, just got off the phone with Play.com,

    Customer Service said that there has been a delay in getting those emails out to people that pre ordered Warhammer Online with them and that we should expect to receive a email within the next 3 -5 working days.

    I'm calling this a generic response from a play.com CS agent.  its not the first time they have done this !!!

    Still plenty of time to get it downloaded and installed.....clocks ticking tho

    Hm... Hoped the EU update today would include the account site to register the keys and get a download location. Got the Collectors Edition Pre-Order box with the 3 keys and can't wait to check out the... Um... Intro cinematic and logonscreen.

    It's GOA, they're idiots. They actually say on their site that direct2drive has the premium pre-order, but don't list it... and they can't spell Ireland.

    They're lazy and I now hate them, how these people have jobs is beyond me. I mean, what kind of web designer goes for Flash!? That's the biggest sin of the Internet!

    I'm getting really fraustrated with how badly this is being handled. Although it now says in D2Ds WAR EU page that you get UK beta access I am presented with a page on the war-europe web site that suggests I dont. How hard is it to present clear and concise information? You go on the war-europe web site and this 'announcement' isnt even obvious, the news at the centre of the page for today is some random lore.

    I wonder the same thing. I pre-ordered the game from EA about 1 hour ago, and I only got a confirmation e-mail. anyone know anything about the codes?

    Their official response is 3-10 days. I ordered mine on August 20th and received my codes on the 27th. They seem to send out all of the codes in one big weekly e-mail.

    I'm sure I heard somewhere that they would be given out in the first week of September, though I can't find the source of that.
