Not at this moment as far as I know. Still it looks pretty cool. I haven't tried it yet, but watched the videos.
You might try actually reading the Azure Twilight article, Matlock.
Some random development studio might be interested in starting an english server?
I think we need something a bit more concrete before the entire planetside community hits cancel and gets their Lost Colony refunds.

Even If that game release in english, I still see how Planetside 1 will be better.
Most people ignore that Planetside 1 is now like *PERFECT* because it run smooth, the screen is clear... new games will change that. Mory poligonos don't make Sci-fi games better, only make then darker.
Mark my words.
