I decided that finding a buddy key was probably not the most efficient way to try this game, so i went in search of a copy locally. I called several gamestops, eb games, bestbuys, circuit citys, etc with no luck. This game just isn't sold in stores anymore.
In my situation, which I wont go in to, it is a giant pain in the ass to buy online. So, unless someone can save me with a buddy key, I guess I'm lost in warcraft hell

I don't think there has been a game box in production since before Sigil went out of business over a year ago.
You can get a copy on ebay for as little as 1 dollar.
best place to order if from is amazon. With ebay you don't always know what you are gonna get...

i picked up a collectors edition for 20 w/ shipping for my wife a few months ago at amazon
I seen two boxes in Game Stop for 19.99 and brought both of them (one for me and one for my roomate).
Then we installed it and goto 1-10 FPS on "Very High Performance".
Good Fight?
Waiting for "that other game" to be released now.
Read the box then before expecting your WOW machine to run VG.
If your machine met the box min requirements then it sould have ran ok even my POS second box ran VG after a year of optimisation and that was a p4 2.8 1gb ram on a nvidia 6500 256mb ram
