i think this game is well crap really

in Guild Wars Factions
well i agree with some ppl about it dieing miserably because it gets ever so boring! and sometimes quite laggyi also think it  is not as good as the one before it i agree its only good reason is that u dont have to pay monthly like wow or something

    Lag??  there is like no lag in guild wars thats kinda why it got 9/10 for lag i think ur comp just is to old. lol  but ill admit guild wars dose get quite repetative after reaching LvL 20 but thats why they have Pvp and guild tournaments.

    factions is about pvp.  luxons and kurz goin at it. alliance battles.  assassins and ritualists.  if you dont like this dont get it its your choice.  make a new character if your  bored.  also if your laggin try puttin the graphics all the way up or get a better internet connection.  if that doesnt work get a new comp.

    I honestly think this campaign could have had a longer storyline. All you do is walk around and Island for 10 hours, realizing there are creepy tumor- inflicted...things... and then try to level grind the second you reach the main land because there are large mobs of  top level monsters. The good part is the quests give you a helluva lot of xp. The bad part is that there aren't many quests.

    If youre PVE man,  this ISNT UR GAME, better nightfall or prophecies

    im like anyother mmorpg player, with a 280g of memory and 4g of ram

    This game was good overall.

    The storyline was great. But way to short.

    I want a game that will last for at least a week.

    I had no trouble with lag.

    Also, experence was way too easily brought.

    I lvled to 20 before i even left the island.

    Another problem was the health issue. You die too fast.

    Also when you bring characters say from Proph, they are gods.

    The PvP is great, never been better.

    And the events throughout the game are great.

    But out of all of the gw games, factions is the lowest.

    Too short of story, not enough quests, too many noobs.

    All in all, 7/10. Good but not great.

    I dont agree with you . Factions has some - , but it is great too . It has original story line . I never get bored by fighting in AB ( Alliance Battles ) for Kurkiz or Luxon . Factions has great PvP and intresting , nice skin wepons and sets . I like East culture a lot , so that ninja and samurai skin items is awesome for me . The - is that the storyline is short . Too big Quests and Mission Exp ( too easy too raise lvl , lvl 20 become non-respected when faction showed ). Factions is unbalanced with other campings like chocochinaca said when you bring characters from other campings they are too strong ( game can become boring ) . Everyone choises and decides what is good or bad for them , if you decide that Factions is bad it is yours opinion , but i think it is good , offcurse not as good as other , but still good ^^ .

    First you must give , only than you can take .

    though i've only been playing a week, i really love the game. and anyways. do your comp have low specs?

    because, the game run very well on my computer, with nearly no lag at all. unless a lil' in the monastery.

    Guild Wars is still my favorite MMORPG, I can stand the WoW model of FedEx quests, or the L2 model of grinding and then get killed and loose everything. At least it was a superb game, until the 1337fleet invaded it... Guild Wars players who hang out in RA EU English 1 surely now "Elisa Bowguard". He/She/It is a perfect example of that.

    When he/she/it isn't good by far... But her behavior perfectly fits my example, swearing for the least problem. No matter which reason, after every fight (apparently it looses every fight ) she goes back to the outpost, always using the exact same line "sick kids".

    She's just 1 example, you also have the most common ones... The HA elitists, r9+ vent/mic req. only wiki builds (they don't say it, but it is that way).



    Ah well, still isn't a bad game, it is dying slowly of course, so is WoW, so is every game of that generation.

    You know it, the best way to realize your dreams is waking up and start moving, never lose hope and always keep up.

    HA I THINK YOU SUCK!!!  obviously, you havent given this game much attention, and/or you havent gotten to the controversy between kurzcick and luxon, personally i prefer kurzick, but YOU SUCK

    Lvl 20 was NEVER respected, ArenaNet has always stated that they want to get rid of the most level-based content. Such as doing quests for experience, to level up, to do other quests, to level up, etc. And prophecies characters are by no means overpowered. They level slower in prophecies, the attribute quests are near the end of the game...

    You know it, the best way to realize your dreams is waking up and start moving, never lose hope and always keep up.

    I'm thinking of buying guild wars, so which one of em is the best?and when is guild wars 2 coming out? i love pvp if that matters

    It depends on what you like doing. Personally if your new to GW I'd say go Prophecies. Factions has a short storyline but has Alliance Battles for PVP, Nightfall has the longest and best storyline imo, so I'd say go Nightfall if your into PVE. Basically, Prophecies/Nightfall if your into PVE, and Factions for PVP.

    a bought this game for like 20 bucks. its a big waste of money. its a big waste of time. i thought it will be better of guild wars. but just pure crap.

    Please try to post in correct english....you don't have to post in perfect english but try to..got headache reading your post.

    Anyways..screw you xD It's not just for the big fans, you just have to have patience and get used to the whole game. It's totally different then other games but it's the best when you are used to it. I had the same problem at the beginning, I hated it but after a while I started enjoying it. I bought Factions yesterday, and own now all campaigns, and it rocks.

    i remember when i used to play guild wars i was completely addicted but then factions and nightfall came out it started to game pretty boring and meaningless with the tiny lvl cap so i decided to stop playing and switch to WoW.

    i will probably go back when gw2 comes out.

    i played this game on a 256mb x1300 756 mb of ram 2.8gz pentium d and i had no lag...on max settings.



    your rig must be really bad.
