My first post so be nice, but although I do have a closed beta account setup (along with the other 758 k pple) I can not create a n Account Management account yet. The beta code does not work to create one. Should I be able to?

didn't enter my preorder codes yet so i'm in CB due to "getting lucky" but only thing i can do on the accounts page with my war account is change my password... no linkys for the forums... confused... am i missing something or do they not consider me worthy of the forums?
i am already in beta for a while now....but what i will do is dl the file tonight..and throttle up my upload speed past my usual 128kbs ..... i got a 15/5 cable connection..so this should help you guys out a bit....will take a bit to get the file though :S
I have never, EVER been in a situation where a torrent download was faster than a direct download option.
WHY do companies do this? To simply save on their own infrastructure costs?
My ISP is great, I have 15Mbps down/2Mbps up and get max rates from nearly any direct download site I can find... yet the WAR torrent... 30k at best right now.
There has got to be a direct download available somewhere....

Use UTorrent , i quit Limewire and started Utorrent and i'm getting 5x faster speeds (150kb)

Download capping at an amazing 35K. My ISP sucks for this kind of stuff, but they are the only ISP in my state, sigh.
At this rate, my download will be done by Tuesday at the earliest.
