  "are you bored with tht guilld"  basically everyone say no

  "if u leave tht guild then we will give u 10g and u will be officer"   WTF!?!

  "The GM of tht guild is annoying and bad for GM so come and join our"  This pissed me off the most since i am the GM  -_-   what the hell did i do!?

  Being a GM myself, I would say let them go, do not stoop to the other GM level. If your guildies are leaving then they were never dedicated to your guild to begin with.

  I have guildies for over 5 years and they would never leave the guild no matter what was offered to them, these are the people you want in your guild because they are what make your guild what it is.

  The only thing you could do is PM a guildie that leaves and ask him/her why they left, if they answer then you will know the reasons if not just move on. Just my opinion.
