hey, i have some items that need identification but i dont know where i could do this
also, i cant train my skills like heavy armor and blade past the 80 ish % mark
could someone fill me in?

You can buy ID scrolls from sages.
Safehold trainers can't train skills very high. You will need to go to a player owned city to train skills to a high level. Also, your intelligence determines how high you can train skills. You should have at least 60 intelligence
