Guild size?

in Guild Wars

I have just a small question. What's the maximum size a Guild can be? Is there a limit at first and will it grow bigger, the more you get stronger and more powerfull as a guild?

I'm wondering because I kinda managed to get 4 clans working together in Guild Wars to form one Guild, and by the looks of it, more people are going to play Guild Wars than I expected (20-30 people) and I don't wanna disappoint people by not being able to join the Guild.

    i read somewhere that it will be below 100.. not sure how much just below 100..
    also your guild is only as powerful as your weakest guild member.
