    L2 North America has 83,000 active subs (this includes EU) as of March 08.

    All those figures you posted are so wrong....

    Yeah, those numbers seem quite off for a game that has 1000 people at any given time on their 12 servers, with some of them reaching 5k players at the same time.

    I think he was just using "seem" as a turn of phrase.
