in one case 60 to 80 people all dropped..... and all that happens is peopel like you spout out 'must be your hardware'.....

My EVE is on virtually all the time (except during the hours of 9AM to 2 PM CST) and I hadn't dropped once in the last 30 days....the last time I dropped was today as it had been confirmed a lightning storm took out many of their hardware. But even after that, everything came back online after 10 minutes. So KUDOS to CCP for having a tight shift.
If it was SOE, the servers would have remained down all day.

My old AMD Thunderbird 1200 MhZ, 1 gb Ram and a GForce 4 128 mb, is running 2 EVE accounts at the same time, with no trouble... So he has to have some problems with hardware
