OK, everyone in the pool!

Has anyone noticed how much water is in the game? I mean look, the whole map is a contorted jumble of islands and island-continents.

What I mean is, in this game, your characters are going to do a whole lot of swimming.

Imagine if your swimming a long stretch, you loose your connection to the game and your character drowns because you couldn't turn in time to get to the nearest island while you where swimming( the devs have stated you can get too tired and drown by swimming over a period of time)

I'm sorry, but I really don't see any rime or reason to the geography of Fortitude(or its name). Maybe I am just being pessimistic, but I think the geography of this game is going to seriously compromise the game play.

I am still looking forward to its release, but the map has made me uncertain.

    I have to agree with you there, it might be a litle bit too much water

    They really should have more solid land masses like the monkey empire has through out the world.

    still the amount of water could be ok if there are a lot of bridges

    Well, general it's a bad thing if there are so much water, but i hope they are thinking a bit out of the box, and have come up with some great idea, maybe alot of bridges, i dunno.

    It's kind of lame if there are no other way than swimming.
    But it's fortunatly a thing they can change, not the whole map of course, but they could add bridges and so.

    I'm anyways looking forward to play the game.

    Does anyone btw. know which beta state they are running currently?
