I want to change the color on my text in posts. How do i do that? I need a faq. Becuase my attemps have failed

When I post, I am taken to a form that has a button for changing the color, a button for entering a URL, etc. Do you not get this?
Oh, and as a side note, don't change the color. It sucks, and a lot of people won't read what you type if you change the color of the text.
