the importance of cpu paste

okay people

for about 6 months now i have been running my pc with no cpu paste at all (as i brought them all new without the paste)

now normally the cpu was hitting temps of 70 average now i never knew that was hot untill i got speedfan and then that showed it was well too hot

then last week i got some more programs and started running more things at the same time and my pc kept turning off and i found out that it was because my cpu was getting to temps of 84 degrees before cutting out.

So got some paste today and put it on and now temperatures are about 30 or less. Thats colder than the good temperature... i was shocked how a little bit of paste could make such a difference

Lets just hope i havent damages my cpu too much with cooking temperatures :P
