So is there a server timezone list?

I recently rolled a toon on the bloodspire pvp server when I was told it was a predominatly a oceanic timezone server. I was wondering if this was true. I am an American so I am looking for an American timezone server. Is there a list showing which servers are mainly in which timezones?
Can any1 help me out?
