Y cant i sign-up

everytime i try i cant type in the username and e-mail address

it really pissing me offimage

    To get your username/email Addy you have to click on the check ID/Verify email box and type your username/email. Then it will pop-up with a box that says its ok to use and put your name/email into the box for you.
