stupid main lineage forums, a question for high level zergers

in Lineage 2

Ok  for some reason my account has not been aproved for the main forums on lineage so ic ant ask there (mutters about people not doing their jobs) any way what is the point of scorn? I just got it and it says that will provoke an enemy near you if it does what I think it does ( i am a soloist and really dont party with people) what is the point in it we are not tanks and having a mob on top of  us could be deadly.

    The forum accounts are supposed to update each day by 6:00 CST. Not sure if that is applicable to your situation.

    As far as "Scorn" I did a search and don't see anyone talking about it as a skill. So I'm not sure if that is indicative of anything.
