Hi could someone post I would guess a couple scout specs for this new scout? Could you please unclude which skill to level up first etc and what makes this a strong spec. Thanks so much for any help!!!

Honestly there aren't multiple scout specs. The scout spec is basically the same all the way across the board.
39 Stealth (will be 50 composite with RR's and Items)
50 Archery
42 Shield (you will take slam and like it if you don't want your bow shoved up your butt everytime you fight someone.
12 thrust or so.
and thats basically it.
The higher your RR and Items in stealth in conjunction with Mastery of Stealth will later allow you to respec stealth even lower maybe down to 34 or so and allow for a higher thrust around 25 i think.
Thats about it, most scout templates are all the same as well.
