    The Court does not single out defendants.  The sides are clearly written out and are EXACTLY what establish the entire case.

    Wow, it's hard to imagine that people are this totally unable to read.  Oh well.  I hope neither of you guys ever get sued.

    its an interesting case . gold sellers are a problem . not just for the fact these companys exploit people in slave labour sweat shop conditions . they have taken over certain lucrative grind area in the past on european servers . as in real life these online worlds have an undesirable element . when it gets to a point these goldseller and power leveling  companys are shown to breach human rights law it will be upto each individual country to apply or amend laws to prosecute anyone using such services . if it becomes illegal and an offence to purchase virtual gold then it could be reinforced in the real world with punishments beyond a ban . a real world fine will make players think twice .

    I'd be willing to bet a week's salary that the working conditions in these "sweatshops" are as good as or better than what the average Chinese factory worker faces every day.
