Are there any good no-download, free, graphical mmorpg's around?

I have been looking for good mmorpg's, but currently almost all of them need either payment, a download, or they aren't any good. Dies anybody know of one which isn't like that? My favorite game among the few that are that way is DragonFable (www.dragonfable.com) and Realms of Fantasy (www.freepowerboards.com/fantasyrealms)

It's not that hard to earn $15 a month.
Runescape is browser based, has a free version, and has 3D graphics. There ya go, enjoy.
