Question with Emus and Free Servers

I have noticed that in the SWG section that discussion of Free Servers and Emulators is not allowed.

That is fine by me; however, I would like to know the legal line that separates "Free Servers and Emulators" from Titles with Copyright Violations?

And that is why...

    Until and unless MMORPG.com receives official communication or announcements from Sony that SWG emulators are allowed, they aren't allowed :)

    Yeah there's a few lines in the big book that frowns on that you know.

    Played so far: 9Dragons, AO, AC, AC2, CoX, DAoC, DF, DnL, DR, DDO, Ent, EvE, EQ, EQ2, FoMK, FFO, Fury, GW, HG:L, HZ, L1, L2, M59, MU, NC1, NC2, PS, PT, R:O, RF:O, RYL, Ryzom, SL, SB, SW:G, TR, TCoS, MX:O, UO, VG, WAR, WoW...
    It all sucked.

    So this is done on a case-by-case basis and not in general terms, correct?

    For example, if a company made a title that is a duplicate of another, but the company resides in a country that does not enforces Copyright Laws, can that title be listed?
