Is the moderation pretty much non responsive to people? I received a warning and when I responded to my warning and asked why they didn't delete the bait comment (flaming comment and called me stupid) but instead deleted my response and gave me a warning. I get no response and they still left the comment where he was making a personal attack on me in the thread. My comment didn't even get reported, instead I reported his comment and they left his, but deleted mine.
That seems pretty messed up to me.

You really think so?Why would I receive a warning and have my post deleted with the worst thing being said is questioning his education or age, yet when the other poster calls me stupid, sadistic, and a self-loather?

Yeah, it can seem pretty random and arbitrary sometimes, but this is actually the best way to maintain order as demonstrated both in Machiavelli's The Prince and The Stanford Prison Experiment. Keeping people guessing and insecure seems to promote submission. I'm not sure how, but that's the way it works...
I'd tell you the truth about the moderation here, but then they'd have me snuffed out.
But it does take a couple weeks for whoever to get back to you about your warning/ban/whatever, and all they will say is that you're SOL.
Yeah I got banned once for saying to this 13 year old on here "I don't think your parents are very good" and get banned for 120 days... I totally agree with you man. And they claimed that was the 4th time I got banned thus explaining the long time period I got banned, but I only recall getting banned once before which was only a 3 day ban for something I can't remember.

If he was calling the "carebear" community stupid it would of been phrased "stupid carebears" but instead he said "carebear" stupid. Which means he was emphasizing the fact that he was talking about carebears and was calling me stupid because he felt that I didn't understand him.

Best advice I can give as far as the moderation here goes:
If, after writing a post in response to an asshat, you feel that there is even the slightest chance in hell that anyone with over-active sensitivity could be offended, then just pile on the best insults you've got and let 'er fly.
You'll at least feel vindicated that a few people saw ya shove the asshats face in the turd pile before you were banned and the post deleted.
