Did you lose your name?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Looks like Xeth is  up and running. however its still locked. From what I can tell at the character select screen, it appears like i lost only 1 name. How about you?

    I'm on that server but am unable to log in. Tells me the server is down

    the server is still locked(down) the way I can tell one of my names was already taken is that it now has a number at the end.  Name16

    So im assuming that means the name was taken before by someone else and Ill need to change it when i login.

    I see.  All my toons were listed with their names.  So, I guess I'll see you on when the servers go up.

    Oh yeah the server merge. Id be interested in how populated the world feels after the merge.. still wont play the game (not my thing) but be nice to know peoples before and after experiences.

    That’s the thing.  This game has so much to offer but it got off to a bad start.  I played at the end of Beta and a few months after, I quit because of the bugs with the game.  I’ve been back for a week and the game is running much better, it could also be the new computer I bought.  The game still needs some polish, I’m hoping the merge will bring more grouping and the opportunity to build up a stronger community.  This game could be great, please note I said could.

    I would also like to add the only reason I am playing this game is because I bought it at launch, at this point I wouldn’t recommend buying it.  I hope this OP will change.

    This server merge is perfect timing for me. I just finished putting together my new comp, and updating it. Now I just resubbed VG, and started patching 10 minutes ago. It says about an hour left and servers will hopefully be up by then.

    At the time I am posting this they are hinting at 2 more hours for Xeth to be up and running. The naming program they made to fix the naming issues the merger caused is not seeing Xeth as a server at this time.

     

    NOTE: LOL the same time I wrote this Hasium posted it was going to QA.. That means an hour  so about 7:30 pacific

    I don't understand how you can recommend to NOT buy it when you have 202 total hours in VG and 10 hours this week.

    Your actions speak "Buy it" while your words say the opposite.

    I've lost two of my character names and I was rather upset about it.. Dagro was the name of my Paladin on the FFA server and Buns was the name of my PSI on the RP server and I had to change them both
