Very nice video thanks for the link!  It must be where I'm from but she and I pronounce macro totally differently.  She says it like mac and I say it like make.  LOL.

Love the Tome!  I hope they have tons and tons of different titles so you rarely see two of the same one.

ToK (Tome of knowledge) sounds like a nice addition, i am concerned however by the fact it looks like most of the tome can only be unlocked if you go kill x number of y to start a tome list about a certain mob/item, and within that list is more kill x of y.  Is ToK just gona be a mob grind?

Any word on wether you can unlock more than just titles, such as skill modifiers or special abilities... maybe even loot?

It realy doesn't seem to offer much more than what a quest giver could give (quest chain) other than recording your progress through the game and giving some info/lore.

Did you watch the same video I did? Cause they cover almost all your questions. Some of this stuff is just given for exploring, some items are given/etc.

    Go watch the video ;)

Here is another one that covers some of the same stuff:

ofc I saw the video I just meant that when you trigger a tome entry such as discovering a new monster you seemed to have to kill x number of them to get to the next step, and with probably 50+ monsters in the game thats a lot of kill x style quests along side the normal kill x of y quests from NPC's.

I am just saying for all the time I spend killing x of y I want more than just another title, such as extra attacks and loot.

Agreed -- I wanted, politely, to say the same thing in response because in the video I watched the Tome of Knowledge and its uses seems to be extremely broad, expansive and most likely easily expandable as the game grows over time.

I find the enthusiasm of the developers to be heartening and contagious.  I really like it when I see the Devs being genuinely hyped about their own game.  It just warms the cockles of my tiny, evil and black heart.

While RvR will be the main draw for most players, it is good to see that the PvE elements are not forgotten.  My feeling is that PvP-based games that lack a broad base of PvE activities seem rather thin and lacking, and I also think that the more types of people who play the game makes for a more interesting mix for the overall playerbase.  Variety is a good thing.

I am encouraged that Mythic is putting out a great deal of steady information about the game.  Even though I am not in the beta (), I don't feel information-starved.

I just want to see those final HE and DE Classes ... seems like lots of excellent and interesting choices will be available.
