I used to play it on a hell of a lot less.  My first WoW computer had an Athlon 2500, 512mb of RAM, and a Radeon 9600 Pro video card.  That computer should be able to run it at better-than-average settings.

Yeah, that computer is more than enough to run WoW

If it can play Pac-Man, it can play WoW.

Catz - It's going to be enough to play World of Warcraft, but, it will be choppy in certain areas and won't have a fluid motion as the 6100 really is not a hardware graphics card. You're going to without a doubt want to pick up an Nvidia 7600 GS or GT from newegg and have the card waiting for you when the computer arrives to pop it in. The reason why I say 7600 GS or GT is because it's about the best card you can get for your power supply.

If I was to put that graphics card in would it run very smoothly? and would it be cheaper just to buy a computer with it already in?

Maybe I'm not that computer savvy... but aren't AM2 Mobo's DDR2 800, hes got DDR 400 in it so that would suggest its an old piece of junk that you cant upgrade... ever.

    imo don't buy

Oh right glad I didn't buy that computer, I've been looking at a different computer I'm almost certain it is good enough not entirely sure though here's the link thanks again.
