RO / RO 2 and Tails of Pirates

m.. i stoped playing RO only because it was hard for me to find a dissent guild (2years ago) and all my RL friend went to wow.
and i do play wow for long time now.
and i still in love with RO and would love to go back to the game
so to my questions 
if you can please help me
is Tales of Pirates the same system,
its looks the same. its act the same.
so can it be that ToP is RO rules on RO2 platform?
and is it worth it?

RO2 is a completely different platform.
Tales of Pirates really isn't the same game. Its alot more limited then RO, especially in character classes. The only real drawing point is yuo can own a ship. The grind is like 10 times worse as well and the quests are completely generic. Also it isn't as noob friendly.
I played RO 2 years and I can tell you I've never found a game like that.
I didn't like Tales of Pirates. its not even close like RO.
I hope RO2 will be just like RO but with better graphics and more skills.
