Check this out. This child (Akiane Kramarik) wakes up one morning when she was 7 years old. She claimed that God was speaking to her and told her mommy to buy her some paint brushes and canvas. Pretty soon, this kid pops out paintings that would make a pro blush much less a child.
Various news stories visited her hom where there family is dirt poor and they have no television or radio whatsoever. Anyways...check out the paintings she gets out of head:

Well Im Athiest, and I think thats a very talented little girl.
but they have shown that many people in the past who "heard voices from god" were usually suffereing from lead poisoning since the water pipes back then were made of lead.
and when you are sick, ill, insane, you tend to see things differently, and tend to be good at art or other creative things.
after 6 or so years, I had to change it a little...
I dont think its a hoax. She was featured on Oprah. lol, Im not a big Oprah fan nor do I htink everything that goes through her show is always legit but for the most part The Oprah show usually have serious topics and issues rather than the typical "Jerry Springer" scene.
Also, this girl painted in front of a CNN crew to show them she wasn't hiring out a painter to help her.

This entire story is ridiculous. She was on Oprah, for Pete's sake! If that doesn't prove it's invalidity, then I don't know what will.

It's also strange how she can paint these masterpieces (which I doubt God would instruct her to paint anyway--isn't making an image of Jesus in violation of the second commandment?), and yet she has some problems painting her name and her age. It even looks like she had to paint over it and do it again--if she even was the one who painted them.
I hate it when people use the name of God for their own personal gain. It's disgusting.
