I played this game years ago and was wondering if my character would still be there. I had quiet a bit of money, a large house and tons of junk inside my house. Will all this still be available to me?

Yes, everything you had will still be there. Your house may now be in your datapad though which you can unpack in a valid spot. Everything you had inside it will be as you left it.
