How do I turn my UI on?

I start the game and I see no interface. Please help a noob in despair.

Ps. Sorry for the noobish question. Really.

    Well I do see stuff like the login window, server and character selectiom. When I enter the game world there are no actionbars, chat windows minimaps and stuff.
