in Shadowbane
If you want to get Throne of Oblivion, do you have to have Rise of Chaos? And if you want Rise of Chaos, do you need regular Shadowbane?

    Nope. When you download the game, all expansions are included.

    does that mean i can buy throne of oblivion and get all of the stuff that shadowbane and rise of chaos has?

    It means it's all a free download now.  Bundled up and ready to go.
