City of Heroes: City of Villains Website Launched

NCSoft has launched the official website for its upcoming expansion to City of Heroes. At the moment, the City of Villains website is little more than a couple of newspaper mock-ups and a bullet list of proposed features, but more will certainly come as the release date nears.
