Cant start new acount..help

Hi i just bought the game and installed it then after i click start game it asked me for a password and log in name i tried to create an acount and it said a message has been sent to you to confirm your email adress but im not getting the mail i had it sent to 2 diffrent email acounts this realy sucks why do they have me waiting of is it something im doing wrong ?
